Kinship of the Park Rapids Area is a community based preventive and proactive mentoring program for children and youth ages 6-18 living in Park Rapids, MN and surrounding area.

Kinship cultivates meaningful relationships with youth that have a lifelong, positive impact.

We do this through two primary programs:

• Youth Mentoring – Pairing youth with dedicated adult mentors to build confidence, share new experiences, and navigate life’s journey together through meaningful, one-on-one friendships.
• Reading Buddies – A fun, interactive program where mentors and students share the joy of reading, turning pages into opportunities for learning and mentorship.
